As Home Office Auditor you will have the opportunity to supervise and perform internal audits of the Companys home office business processes, procedures, and programs to ensure the Companys compliance will policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
As a Home Office Auditor, you will:
  • Conduct risk assessments of the Companys business processes and programs
  • Execute audits in accordance with audit procedures and Institute of Internal Auditor Standards
  • Perform internal audits of business processes, procedures, and programs
  • Prepare, review, and present examination results to operating management
  • Recommend improvements to processes, procedures, programs, compliance, and internal controls
  • Provide analytical and reporting data to operating management and the board
  • Update job knowledge by participating in conferences, educational opportunities, relevant publications, maintaining and participating in professional and/or industry related organizations
  • Prompt and regular attendance is required
You could be a great addition as a Senior Home Office Auditor, if you have:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Professional certifications (i.e., CIA, CPA, CFE, PMP) achieved, or in progress, is preferred
  • 3 4 years of experience related to audit, finance, accounting, risk management, compliance, or regulatory examinations preferred
  • Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Public Accounting preferred
  • Working knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations in lending field
  • Ability to present clear and concise verbal and written communications with all levels
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work information and shift priorities as needed
  • Ability to maintain schedule of audits and to complete assigned number of audits
  • Ability to use technology to aid in audits, i.e., Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
