AsSupervisor in Trainingyou will learn the Company operational systems, processes, and procedures and exemplify our company mission and values. The job of the Supervisor in Training is to successfully complete all assigned training preparing them for the position of Supervisor.
As a Supervisor in Training, you will:
  • Successfully complete the following:
    • All assigned online training courses
    • Obtain a Working understanding of branch operations to include taking applications, taking payments, and completing collection calls
    • Obtain a working understanding of the Managers role in the branch
    • Shadow with TDS to gain an understanding of the role of the Supervisor
    • Work with current Supervisors on the day to day role of the Supervisor
    • Travel with Auditor to gain and understanding of the Branch Audit
    • Attend Sessions 1 and 2 of the Supervisor Training Program
    • Attend SOS Training
    • Attend Managers Academy and Proscan Training
  • Successfully complete coaching visits and 120 day evaluations; provide feedback to the branch
  • May be required to spend time in the role of relief assignment
You could be a great addition, if you have:
  • Knowledge and expertise in operations, including 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience
  • Ability to relocate to multiple states based on need
  • Maintain valid state drivers license and access to reliable vehicle for business use
  • Travel 90%
  • Ability to conduct training workshops, lead discussions, and stimulate individuals and groups in a learning process
  • Ability to communicate up and down within the Company
  • Computer literate with MS Office skills
  • Willingness to learn company culture and business model
