MARKETING INTERN – FALL 2025

What You Will Do
As a Marketing Intern, you’ll be involved in a variety of projects and day-to-day tasks that will deepen your understanding of the Marketing world. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with Marketing’s Graphic Artist to update and build out creatives for various programs
- Responding to reviews for Facebooks & Google Reviews
- Creating content and posting to Facebook and Instagram
- Reviewing analytics and creating reports
- Auditing the Storefront Marketing Items; updating and creating new items as needed
- Proofing and verifying direct mail and other marketing programs
- Assisting with daily operational tasks, department initiatives, and special projects
- Supporting team members in administrative and operational activities
- Conducting research and compiling data to support business decisions
- Learning and applying departmental procedures and industry best practices
- Actively participating in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training opportunities
- Seeking exposure to different facets of the organization
- Completing assignments accurately and on time
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking an energetic and curious individual with a strong interest in gaining hands-on experience and valuable skills development in the marketing field.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Current enrollment in a college or university program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience in SmartSheets preferred but not required
- Familiarity in industry-standard software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva is a must
- Strong understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition is essential
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
- A collaborative mindset – able to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- A can-do attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
Work Environment & Requirements
- This is an in-office role and involves regular use of computers, calculators, scanners, and other office equipment
- Candidates must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
